FitTriangle is designed with privacy in mind. All data processing is performed locally on your device, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

Health Data:

• FitTriangle may request access to your health data through Apple HealthKit, including sleep analysis, workout data, heart rate, heart rate variability, active energy burned, and VO2 max.
• This data is accessed solely for the purpose of calculating your health metrics and displaying personalized insights within the app.
• All health data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData and is never transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

User Settings:

• Your app preferences and settings (such as max heart rate, age, and sync preferences) are stored locally on your device using UserDefaults.
• These settings never leave your device.

iCloud Sync (Optional):

• FitTriangle uses Apple’s CloudKit to sync your data across your personal devices signed in with the same iCloud account.
• This sync is performed directly between your devices and Apple’s iCloud servers. We do not have access to this data.
• You can disable iCloud sync in your device settings at any time.

2. Photo Library Access

FitTriangle may request access to your photo library for the following purposes:

• To save health report images that you choose to share or export.
• Your photos are never uploaded to our servers or shared with any third parties without your explicit action.

3. Data Security

All data processing is performed locally on your device. Your health and personal data never leaves your device except when:

• You explicitly choose to use iCloud sync (data is synced via Apple’s secure CloudKit infrastructure)
• You choose to share or export content (controlled entirely by you)

We do not operate any external servers for storing your personal data, and we do not use any third-party data storage or transmission services.

4. Third-Party Services

Apple Services Only:

• HealthKit: Used to read health data from your device (all data stays local)
• StoreKit: Used for in-app subscription purchases and verification (handled securely by Apple)
• CloudKit: Used for optional iCloud sync between your personal devices (data encrypted and managed by Apple)

FitTriangle does not use any third-party advertising, analytics, crash reporting, or tracking services. We do not exchange or store data with any external services beyond Apple’s native frameworks.

5. No Collection of Personal Information

We guarantee:

• We do not collect any personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email, etc.
• We do not track or monitor your usage habits or behavior outside of local app functionality.
• We do not have access to your iCloud data (it’s encrypted and managed by Apple).
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

6. Subscription and Payment Information

FitTriangle offers optional premium subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system:

• All payment transactions are processed securely by Apple.
• We do not have access to your payment information (credit card, etc.).
• Subscription status is stored locally on your device for app functionality purposes only.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Since FitTriangle does not collect any personal data on external servers, all your data remains under your control on your device. You can:

• Delete the app at any time to remove all locally stored data.
• Revoke HealthKit permissions in your device Settings.
• Disable iCloud sync in your device Settings.
• Manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

FitTriangle does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app is designed for general audiences and does not require any personal information to function.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. If we make any changes, we will post the updated policy in the app and update the “Effective Date.” We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed about any updates.
