1. Does FitTriangle require an internet connection?
FitTriangle works primarily offline. Your health data and training plans are stored locally on your device. The app syncs data across your devices via iCloud, but does not send your personal information to external servers.
2. What permissions does FitTriangle need?
FitTriangle requires access to your Apple HealthKit data to sync exercise, sleep, and other health metrics. These permissions are requested the first time you use the app. All processing is done locally on your device.
3. How do I plan my weekly workouts?
In the Plans tab, tap the + button in the upper-right corner to create different types of workout plans, such as Zone 2 cardio (recommended 180 minutes per week), High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT, 1–2 times per week), Strength training (full body), and Stability training. The app automatically syncs your workout data from Apple HealthKit and tracks your total training duration.
4. How do I track my sleep and nutrition?
Sleep Tracking: In the Sleep card on the main screen, you can view sleep data synced from Apple HealthKit. FitTriangle automatically evaluates your sleep quality. Nutrition Tracking: Use the Nutrition card to log your daily meals, helping you maintain healthy eating habits.
5. What is the “Fit Triangle”?
The Fit Triangle is a visual tool that helps you monitor your weekly balance across three key pillars: Exercise, Sleep, and Nutrition. The triangular chart gives you an at-a-glance view of which area may need more attention so you can adjust your lifestyle accordingly.
6. How can I review my fitness progress?
Tap the Progress tab to view weekly FitTriangle data, total exercise time, sleep quality analysis, and nutrition summaries. You can also share your progress by tapping the Share button in the top-right corner.
7. How can I replay the onboarding tutorial?
Go to Settings → General → Replay Tutorial to revisit the app’s feature walkthrough anytime.
8. What does the subscription include?
FitTriangle offers a subscription plan that unlocks additional premium features. You can view subscription details in the Settings page within the app.
9. Is my health data secure?
Yes, your data is 100% secure. FitTriangle stores all health information locally on your device. While your data may sync across your devices via iCloud (if enabled on your device), we as developers never have access to your personal information. Your data is never sent to our servers or any third-party services. Your privacy is fully protected by design.
10. What should I do if I encounter a bug or issue?
If you encounter any issues, please contact us with a description of the problem. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
